🔁 Free returns within 14 days

At L'Alchimiste des Senteurs, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their experience.
However, if an item does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it.

✅ Return conditions:

For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

The product must not have been opened, used or tested

The bottle and packaging must be in perfect condition (not damaged, not peeled off, not stained)

The product must be returned in its original packaging, perfectly protected.

Return must be requested within a maximum of 14 days after receipt

Once your request has been validated, we will send you a prepaid Mondial Relay return label so that you can return your item to us free of charge.

2. Indicate the order number and the product concerned

3. After validation, drop off the package at the indicated relay point

> Opened, used or damaged products cannot be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
