Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
Each order is carefully prepared in our workshop. Shipping takes place within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is picked up by our carrier.
What are the delivery times?
Deliveries are handled by Mondial Relay, generally within 3 to 5 working days in Belgium and mainland France.
Delivery times may vary depending on the period and destination.
Is delivery free?
Yes, Mondial Relay delivery is free for any purchase of a 50 ml perfume.
For other orders (10 ml formats or single boxes), delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a perfume?
For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.
However, if the perfume is new, unopened and in its original packaging, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return or exchange.
How to make a return?
Simply contact our customer service at contact@lalchimistedessenteurs.com with your order number.
We will guide you step by step through the return process.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bancontact and PayPal payments, via a fully secure system.
All transactions are protected by bank-grade SSL encryption.
Is my banking information protected?
Absolutely. The Alchemist of Scents does not store any banking information.
Payments are processed by our certified partners, guaranteeing optimal security.
Perfumes
What is the focus of your creations?
Our fragrances are real perfume extracts, with a concentration of 25 to 30%, offering remarkable intensity and hold.
Are your perfumes made in France?
Yes. All our compositions are developed in France, using noble oils selected for their purity, then bottled in our workshop with artisanal care.
How long does a perfume last on the skin?
Wear varies depending on skin type and environment, but our creations generally remain noticeable for more than 8 hours.
Samples & Discovery
Do you offer samples?
Yes. For every 50 ml bottle purchased, a sample of another fragrance is offered.
It’s an invitation to discover a new creation and perhaps find your next olfactory favorite.
Do you offer a discovery edition?
Yes, our Discovery Edition brings together our three signature creations in 10 ml format.
